Practical Training

In our Tooling department, we open our doors to high school and technical college students, offering training as part of mandatory internships. This allows them to encounter the challenges and solutions of the toolmaking industry in a real work environment, thereby gaining valuable practical experience.

In addition to mandatory internships, we also offer the opportunity for student work during the summer holidays. This way, young people gain practical knowledge and work experience before their first employment, easing the transition into professional life and helping them achieve their career goals.
